The course focuses on 6 phases:
PHASE 1 - THE RIGHT UNDERSTANDING: Based on the latest brain science and neuroscience research, I will teach you the connection between your body, brain, and DP/DR. You’ll see why you experience DP/DR and what keeps it going. Once you understand this, you'll never be afraid of DP/DR symptoms again.

Only DP No More focuses on how to develop and establish a feeling of safety. No other course will teach you this. Without this feeling of safety, it becomes impossible to recover.
PHASE 3 - A RADICAL NEW APPROACH: Learn to embrace a unique approach to tackle DP/DR. Until now, you may have been fighting these feelings. Fighting DP/DR only keeps you stuck with it and it also leaves you exhausted. But there is a smarter way to tackle DP/DR. You will learn about these strategies in DP No More
PHASE 4 - RESOLVE UNDERLYING ISSUES: Whether your DP/DR was brought on by trauma or through various stressful events in your life, I will help you resolve these underlying issues that are keeping your DP/DR going for longer than it should. Without fixing these underlying issues, your DP/DR will never go away.
PHASE 5 - PUT WHAT YOU LEARN INTO PRACTICE: DP No More contains a lot of simple and practical exercises to help you practice what you are learning. Some of these exercises will involve getting to know yourself better. Some of these exercises will be in the form of guided meditations. Some will require you to face your DP/DR fears. Doing so helps you overcome depersonalization and derealization.
I will also teach you techniques, including the RASP technique, Body Awareness technique, and simple mental tricks for derealization, to achieve an immediate reduction in DP/DR symptoms.
PHASE 6 - RECOVERY AND BEYOND: In the end, learn how to successfully recover and stay recovered. I will tell you what behaviors to avoid and actions to embrace to be successful in your recovery. I will also teach you how to prevent DP/DR relapse.
